Last week Alyssa, Brittany, Daniel and I had the opportunity to visit Justin and Jill and their family in California. We had a wonderful time playing at the beach together and barbequeing back at the pad. It was good to see Justin and Jill and reminisce about the days of growing up in Ramah. At the beach we enjoyed the hot weather and clear blue skies while throwing a football, playing some smash ball and of course riding some waves. I think the majority of us got a little too much sun and definitely felt it the next day. Alyssa and I also went to another beach that was lot less sandy, but beautiful in it's own way. We chased down crabs and other sea creatures, along with finding a star fish. I tried to get him off the rock but he was a lot stronger than I was. Our intentions were to do a little scuba diving or snorkeling, both of which we were unable to do sadly. But we will save that for another trip. I imagine the ocean will wait for us.
